produce is an art exhibition featuring photographs by Christin Boggs, from the series Cheap Fix, 2009 and Slow & Steady, 2010. A native of Northern Virginia, Boggs has been studying photography since her sophomore year at Langley High School. She received her BFA in photography from George Mason University in 2007, and is completing her MFA in photography from the Rochester Institute of Technology. Her work is centered on the politics of food in the 21st century. Cheap Fix engages in a critique of processed foods, while Slow & Steady documents local, sustainable food production in Rochester, New York.
